Currently serving a third term in the Senate of Virginia, Jill represents the city of Winchester, the counties of Frederick, Clarke, and Fauquier, as well as parts of Loudoun, Culpeper and Stafford counties. She serves on the Senate Finance Committee, the Courts of Justice Committee, the General laws and Technology Committee, the Rules Committee and is chairman of the Privileges and Elections Committee. Jill was appointed chairman of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on General Government and Technology, and serves on the Subcommittee on Public Safety and the Subcommittee on Claims. She was also appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Land Conservation Foundation, the Joint Subcommittee to Evaluate Tax Preferences and the Commemorative Commission to honor the contributions of the Women of Virginia.
Jill holds a B.A. in Government and Religion from the College of William and Mary, and a J.D. from DePaul University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. She is resident in the Virginia office, and a member of the Virginia Bar and District of Columbia Bar.
