Blake Murphy is an associate with Holtzman Vogel Josefiak Torchinsky PLLC specializing in campaign finance and election law, political committees, lobbying and ethics compliance, and tax-exempt organizations.
Blake previously served as a law clerk in the Office of the White House Counsel under Don McGahn, and as a law clerk for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. He also served as a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow under Governors Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis during law school.
Prior to law school, Blake interned in the Washington D.C. offices of U.S. Senators Marco Rubio, George LeMieux, and Mel Martinez.
Blake earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science and is a member of the Federalist Society.
