Darby is an associate with Holtzman Vogel Josefiak Torchinsky PLLC, providing counsel in the areas of campaign finance, election law, lobbying and ethics compliance, and tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Darby served as an attorney for the Special Counsel in the Office of White House Counsel and as the Director of Gift Protocol where she established gift protocol and procedures for the White House. Before that she served as associate counsel for the 58th Presidential Inaugural Committee. She has worked as an attorney for multiple government agencies and has worked on various political campaigns.
Darby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester, a Master of Public Health-Health Policy from Saint Louis University and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. She is a member of the Missouri Bar. Darby is an active member of the Missouri State Society, serving as President in 2016, and a member of the Republican National Lawyers Association.
