Gabriela Fallon is a Partner at the law firm of Holtzman Vogel Josefiak Torchinsky, specializing in government regulation and political law.
Gabriela advises political committees, candidates, corporations, trade associations, and tax-exempt organizations on a variety of regulatory and political law matters. Gabriela primarily focuses her practice on election law, campaign finance, lobbying disclosure, ethics and gifts rules, and pay-to-play laws. Her practice also includes advising tax-exempt organizations on nonprofit formation, grant-making, board fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and compliance issues including charitable solicitation and professional fundraising.
Prior to joining the firm, Gabriela worked for several years as a litigator successfully representing clients in federal and state courts at trial and appellate levels. In addition to her experience as a litigator, Gabriela also has several years of experience working with national political campaigns, including presidential, gubernatorial, and congressional races.
Gabriela is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Nova Southeastern University, and Georgetown University Law Center. Gabriela is a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
Gabriela is based in Washington DC and is an active member of the Junior League of Washington, Federalist Society and Republican National Lawyers Association.
